Australian Strata Advisory Group is an independent consultancy that works exclusively for Community Corporations governed by the Community Titles Act 1996 (SA).We’re not a management company — and we don’t sell management services.Our sole purpose is to provide committees with clarity, structure, and a fair process for reviewing their current management contracts and exploring new options through transparent, compliant tenders.Every recommendation we make is driven by one goal: to help Community Corporations make informed, confident decisions that protect their property and their owners.
OUR PURPOSE

About the Founder
Rania Savari is the Founder and Principal Consultant at the Australian Strata Advisory Group. With a strong background in strata advisory, Owners Corporation consulting, and property management, Rania established Australian Strata Advisory Group to bring transparency, structure, and independence to the strata management selection process in South Australia.
Having worked closely with committees, managers, and developers, Rania understands the challenges that arise when management relationships break down — from poor communication to contractual issues.
Her approach is pragmatic, detailed, and built on the belief that committees deserve clear information and fair choices.
Rania’s vision for Australian Strata Advisory Group is simple: to make the process of changing or appointing a strata manager easier, stress-free, and fully compliant — while ensuring committees retain control over every decision.
