At Australian Strata Advisory Group, we begin every engagement with a brief consultation call to understand your property’s current situation. During this discussion, our consultant will learn about your existing management arrangement, key concerns, and goals for your Owners Corporation or Community Corporation. This call ensures we can provide informed, tailored advice before arranging an initial meeting with your committee or representative. Cancellation Policy
Consultation calls are by appointment only and subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your meeting details and call link. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time, as consultations are arranged with our senior consultants. We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow the slot to be offered to another committee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in future booking restrictions. If no times are currently available, you can join our waitlist. We’ll contact you promptly if an earlier consultation slot becomes available.
